How do I add a product to the RFQ?
You can add products, including quantity and target price, by clicking the "Add to RFQ" button on the product page.
You can add products by clicking the "Add to RFQ" button in the product
list (search results \ manufacturer product list or category product
list), including quantity only.
You can add products by filling out the form below the search results.
You can view the products on the \ Products page or in the product list.
You can edit the quantity or target price of the product on the product page or in the product list.
How do I submit a quote request through RFQ?
Ensure that one or more items are included in the RFQ; Otherwise, an error message is displayed.
Click the "Continue to fill in Contact Information" button to continue.
Log in to your account or fill in your contact information directly and click the "Continue to view RFQ Form" button to proceed.
Before you click the "Submit Quote Request" button to send a quote
request, review all the information and double check that it is correct.
After submitting a quote request, you will be given an RFQ number to
identify and track your RFQ. In addition, you will receive an email
containing the information you have submitted.
Usually, our team will contact you within 48 hours, usually within 24 hours.
Search for products
How do I search for products by part number?
You can find the search bar at the top of each page.
The search engineer will only match the leading character of the part number.
If the product does not exist in our database, you can fill out the
"Product not Found" form, which we do our best to seek from our supply
chain network at no additional cost.
